1. Interpretation
At ReVhive, we take pride in the quality of our freeze-dried smoothie mixes. Due to the nature of our products, our returns policy is specific. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Returns & Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Products
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect items, we will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund.
How to Initiate: You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please contact us immediately at info@revhive.co.za or call +27 75 468 8953 with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect products.
Process: Once we receive and verify your claim, we will arrange for the return of the affected items (if necessary) and process your replacement or refund.
3. Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds simply because you changed your mind, unless the product is unopened and in its original, resalable condition.
Condition for Consideration: To be eligible for a return based on change of mind, the item must be unopened, with its seal intact, and you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Process & Costs: Returns for change of mind are accepted at our discretion. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will inspect it and process a refund for the product cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 (ten) business days.
Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items returned that are not in their original condition.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
Our Error: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Change of Mind: If the return is for a change of mind, as stated above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.
6. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded for change of mind. Sale items cannot be refunded.
7. Your Rights Under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA)
This policy does not detract from your statutory rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (Act 68 of 2008). The CPA grants you the right to return goods that are unsafe, defective, or not of good quality. Our policy is designed to work in conjunction with these fundamental rights.
